Hot Tub use during frostperiods

A frequently asked question from customers during frostperiods is how to deal with water inside to avoid freezing. Our standard advise will always be preventive to empty the tub. In especially the area around the heater may be vulnerable during ongoing frostperiods.

Instead of emptying you bath, other alternatives may be :

• Placement of a circulation pump in the heater section;
• Using an electric heater in order to remain a minimum level temperature;
• Continue with burning in the late night.

In order to prevent too long heating times in wintertimes it also may help sometimes to fill your bath with a bit hot water. This may reduce the heating up time considerably.
